Draft Notes

Caleb Houstan is a perimeter oriented forward with an advanced skill level for his age. He re-classed to join the 2021 recruiting class before committing to Michigan.

He sees the game at a high level and is a willing passer, good decision maker and excellent 3pt shooter. His dribble drive game is much improved and he’s showing a lot more creativity with the ball and able to beat his man off the dribble.

Has excellent shooting form and projects as a knockdown 3pt shooter. Has a smooth release and shoots it with ease and with deep range. Is one of the best 3pt shooters in his class.

Handles the ball well with both hands and projects as a guy who will be able to initiate the offense as his game develops.

Has ideal size for a wing and a great frame that will be able to add strength over the years. Moves very well for his size.
