The 2026 NBA Draft Superlatives!

It’s time for some fun: The sixth annual NBA Draft Superlatives!

The NBA Draft Superlatives might seem like just a silly exercise (and yes, I do it mostly for fun) but every time I do it I gain a new perspective about the draft class.

For instance, the first two categories (50-point game and Hall of Famer) have many names that come to mind. It seems like there are a dozen guys in this draft class that could score 50 points in a game and almost as many that could be end up in the NBA Hall Of Fame. Some years its hard to see more than one or two potential Hall of Famers. This year it’s hard to cut the list down. In short, doing this exercise confirms for me just how talented this 2026 draft class is.
