Draft Notes
Jalen Harris is a smooth operator. He might not be the most explosive vertical athlete but he’s got handles, lateral quickness and knows how to get free for his shot or shake the defender and get into the lane.
Harris is a high level shooter from deep, from mid range and from the FT line. He hit over 80% from the line all 3 years of college and shoots the 3pt shot well, over 36% this past year on good volume.
He plays an all around game, hitting the boards hard (6.5 rebounds per game) and finding his teammates well (3.9 assists per game).
He just knows how to play the game, makes good decisions and is always in the right place.
Harris looks the part of a bench scorer early in his NBA career, with some starter potential down the road.
