2019 Dynasty Rookie Rankings
1 | Zion Williamson – PF – Pelicans – If this dude can stay healthy it’s not even a question he’s no.1. He’s a transcendent talent. |
2 | Ja Morant – PG – Grizzlies – He might be the best point guard in the league in a season or two and a potential top 20 fantasy player. |
3 | Tyler Herro – SG – Heat – An elite shooter but also much more than just a catch and shoot player. Herro will be a blast to own over the coming seasons. |
4 | R.J. Barrett – SF – Knicks – Barrett will score the rock but needs to improve his percentages and develop his 3pt shot. |
5 | Brandon Clarke – PF/C – Grizzlies – A silent assassin who fills up every category. Elite role player with Blake Griffin upside. |
6 | P.J. Washington – PF – Hornets – Efficient, productive and consistent, P.J. is a warrior on the court and a stat sheet stuffer. |
7 | Coby White – SG – Bulls – White will have explosive scoring games and some very off nights. If he gets more consistent and rounds out his game he could move higher on this list. |
8 | DeAndre Hunter – SF – Hawks – Might not be the biggest name but Hunter is potentially an elite fantasy player. Get him if you can. |
9 | Cam Reddish – SG – Hawks – The natural talent is overwhelming and he’s starting to get the finer nuances of the game. It might take some patience but you’ll want to wait on the upside. |
10 | Rui Hachimura – PF – Wizards – Rui will continue to have a lot of opportunity in D.C. and the big minutes will allow him to fill the stat sheet. |
2018 Dynasty Rookie Rankings
1 | Luka Doncic – PG – Mavs – An other-worldly talent who should be a perennial top 5 fantasy stud for the next decade. |
2 | Trae Young – PG – Hawks – A scoring and passing savant, Trae will put up big numbers for fantasy owners. A top 30 fantasy player. |
3 | DeAndre Ayton – C – Suns – Ayton is elite, special, transcendent. Centers aren’t in vogue but Ayton has KAT level upside and could have some top 10 fantasy seasons. |
4 | Jaren Jackson Jr. – PF – Grizzlies – Inconsistent and foul prone but when he gets that 3pt shot going it’s all over. If he gets more disciplined he could be a top 25 player. |
5 | Shai Gilgeous-Alexander – PG – Thunder – So smooth and under control, Shai just quietly gets it done and fills up the stat sheet. |
6 | Marvin Bagley – PF – Kings – I’m a believer. Bagley has elite tools and is developing into much more than just a rebounder/dunker. There are a few health concerns but the upside is there. |
7 | Wendall Carter Jr. – PF/C – Bulls – Not a star but an efficient player, a potential double double guy, decent shot blocker and doesn’t hurt your FT%. |
8 | Kevin Huerter – SG – Hawks – A smooth offensive talent who fills up 3’s, assists, steals. If he gets starter minutes, big stats will follow. |
9 | Collin Sexton – PG/SG – Cavs – Scoring will never be a problem for Sexton but he’s got to add more to his game. |
10 | Miles Bridges – SF – Hornets – His best basketball is ahead of him. Miles is a potential stat sheet stuffer who will be fun have on your team. |
