Draft Notes
Phillips is a big, strong and bouncy wing with elite athletic tools. He’s got great movement skills for his size and has all the tools to be a high level NBA wing.
Has developing ball skills and flashes some creativity on the ball but at this point is best playing off the ball, running in transition and using his size and athleticism to get buckets.
