Tounde Yessoufou

Draft Notes

Tounde is a big-bodied and powerful wing who is a load to handle when he gets downhill and takes the ball to the basket. He’s a sensational athlete with awesome open court speed, agility and power.

At this point he does most of his scoring in the lane, using his size and power to punish defenders on his way to the rim. He’s an elite driver and finisher and can really play above the rim.

He’s showing a much improved outside shot, better handles, and is really becoming a complete wing. The improvements he’s made with his shooting have launched him into high lottery consideration.

He’s a nightmare in transition, a solid rebounder and a standout defender as well. His athletic tools are elite and he’s made major strides with his game over the course of his high school career and has become an elite prospect.
