NBA DRAFT SCOUTING REPORT
Draft Notes
Rice is an extremely strong and well built young man who projects as a power wing type of player at the NBA level. He’s got an NBA body already and big time athleticism.
The Kansas transfer will look to add to his perimeter game, become more consistent shooting from 3 and develop his play-making ability over the next few years.
He can bang in the paint and is an overpowering force in high school ball. He uses his strong frame to gain position and shield off defenders and has a nice touch around the rim.
MJ is a good vertical athlete but not an elite above the rim player.
