Owen Freeman

NBA DRAFT SCOUTING REPORT

POSITION: CFROM: CreightonYear: Sr.
HT: 6-10WT: 240WING: NA

Draft Notes

Owens is a big-bodied post player who lacks ideal athleticism but is highly skilled and very effective on the court.

The Iowa transfer brings toughness, physicality and good effort. Doesn’t take plays off and does all the dirty work willingly and at a high level.

Has excellent touch in the paint and can score over either shoulder. Can move defenders in the lane with his size/strength.

Shows a nice baby hook. Can score over length using his strength to create space.

Doesn’t have very quick feet and will struggle to guard NBA speed.
