6-6 – Small Forward – Iowa State
A jack-of-all-trades who plays with hustle and heart. Projects as role player and glue-guy at the next level.
Pros
Plays a well rounded game and doesn’t shy away from the dirty work. Rebounds, plays D and shares the ball willingly. Has good length and decent agility to guard on the perimeter.
Has a vastly improved offensive game and has shown the ability to get hot from outside. Should continue to become more consistent with his jumper.
Runs the floor well and is an overall good (but not great) athlete. A very intelligent and team-first player.
Cons
Despite his improved scoring Ejim doesn’t project as a first or second option in the League.
Can be careless with the basketball and too turnover prone. Must continue to improve his feel for the game on the offensive end.
Projection: mid to late second round pick in the 2014 NBA Draft
