Malik Dia

Draft Notes

The Belmont transfer is a very strong, big and powerful forward with nimble feet and good quickness. He’s a skilled player who can face up and drive the ball and flashes an outside shot.

Has a thick, strong frame and plays with power. Has good length, solid leaping ability and is a good above the rim finisher.

Throws his weight around in the paint and is a good rebounder and solid interior defender.

Isn’t a great FT shooter but does appear to have good touch and shooting form, and should improve in this area.

Has a nice looking mid range jumper and a smooth release.
