Draft Notes
It’s very early but at this point Kameron Mercer looks like one of the top players in the class of 2027.
He’s a well built lefty forward who gets above the rim with ease. He’s got broad shoulders and a solid frame and plenty of athleticism.
He can handle the ball, is a willing passer with a good feel for finding cutters and making the right read. He’s a wing/guard who has awesome size for a play-maker.
One of the more impressive things about Mercer is his intensity on defense. He’s got good footwork, great size and takes defense seriously, which is awesome to see from a young star player.
The sky is the limit for how good he can be.
