Jusuf Nurkic NBA Draft Scouting Report

6-11 – Center – Bosnia

Big and powerful post player with a soft touch around the rim.

Pros
Has great strength and size with decent mobility. Is overpowering in the lane and uses his strength well.

Catches the ball well and has a surprisingly soft touch around the basket and can score the ball in the low post. Developing a nice baby hook and drop step move.

Rebounds well and knows how to use his wide base to get position in the lane.

Cons
Not a fast player and is mostly limited to the half court game. Doesn’t play well in transition.

Could struggle to guard perimeter oriented big men and is susceptible to committing fouls.

Needs to gain maturity and play with better attitude.
