Fears is a leader and a great decision maker on the court who excels at running an offense and getting teammates involved.

A bit undersized for the NBA game and isn’t the most explosive player but is always under control and knows how to get it done and get to this spots.

Can hit the 3pt shot but isn’t wired to score the ball. Is more of a set-up man than a guy who is going to take over with scoring.

A pesky defender who gives great effort and plays smart defense.

Has the looks of a solid back-up point guard in the NBA.
