Jamil Wilson NBA Draft Scouting Report

USA Today Sports

6-7 – Small Forward – Marquette

Has an NBA body with great strength, quickness and hops.

Well built for the pro game with the strength to hang with the big boys and the quickness to keep up with wings. Drives to the rack well and knows how to finish. Shoots it well from the free throw line and is becoming a consistent three point threat.

Has long arms and good defensive instincts. Is not a lock down defender but can hold his own.

Is older than most college players and may be close to reaching his ceiling as a basketball player. Doesn’t project as a big difference maker at the next level.

Projection: second round pick in the 2014 NBA Draft
