Draft Notes
Phillips is a strong, well built point guard who plays an all around game and impacts both ends. He’s not elite in any one category or area of the game but just makes winning plays.
Has good size for a lead guard.
Isn’t the best above the rim player but has the strength to take contact and finish in the lane.
