NBA DRAFT SCOUTING REPORT
POSITION: SF | FROM: Texas (Spring Hill, FL) | HT: 6-7 | WT: 195 |
BORN: NA | YEAR: So. | WING: NA | REACH: NA |
Draft Notes
Dillon Mitchell is a rare type of athlete, even by NBA standards. He flies up and down the court and finishes with his head at the rim.
He’s got broad shoulders and a chiseled physique and might even be able to play some small ball 4 in the future.
Mitchell is deadly in transition and can bring the house down with his dunking ability. He’s not a very creative player at this point and has a ways to go with his ball handling and play-making skills.
His mid range and outside shooting is still a work in progress.
Long, bouncy wings like Mitchell tend to get drafted, even if their skills are unrefined and still developing.
