Coleman Hawkins

Draft Notes

Hawkins is a high energy and intense power forward who has an all around skill set and impacts every aspect of the game. He’s a vocal leader on the court, who inspires his teammates and gets under the skin of opposing players.

He’s a versatile and aggressive defender who is a warrior on the court and doesn’t back down from anyone.

Does a decent job of guarding in space, can switch onto guards and can also bang in the paint and hold his own against size.

Is very good with the ball in his hands for a big forward and can handle and pass the rock. Loves to rip and run and can push the ball.

Has a decent outside shot, which should improve over the years and could become his key to finding minutes at the NBA level.
