Bradley Beal Scouting Report

6,4 – Shooting Guard – Florida

Bradley Beal might be as underrated as any player in college ball and could be the first shooting guard off the board in June of 2012. He has a polished and refined game that reminds of a young Ray Allen and a jump shot that does the same. Enjoy him while you have him Florida!

Pros

Picture perfect jump shot with great accuracy. Rises up with a smooth quick release and can get his own shot off the dribble. A very quick and explosive athlete who is not a power dunker but has good hops and can score in the lane. A natural scorer who is also a willing passer but would rather drain a three or explode to the rim.

Plays a similar game as Marshon Brooks but is already at that level and looks to have a lot more upside to reach.

Cons

A bit slight of frame and will have to add strength (I feel like I write that for all the young players). Needs to continue to learn the game and improve his court vision and decision making.
