Anthony Thompson

Draft Notes

Thompson is a very intriguing long-term prospect who has great physical tools and a world of upside. He’s got good height and exceptional length, plus good athleticism.

The 6-7 lefty can hit shots off the bounce and has a knack for getting his own shot, despite not having blazing speed. He’s a got the size and the length to shoot over defenders and is becoming a real threat from downtown.

Gets to the rim with long strides and likes to finish with his left.

He’s a disruptive and intimidating defender thanks to his size and length.

He’s got big upside and it’s going to be really fun to see how his game develops over the coming years.
